About the role
The Advanced Software Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of the Sparta SaaS platform. This role combines software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and production support expertise to maintain highly available systems while driving automation and continuous improvement across the platform.
What you'll do
- Site Reliability Engineering & Production Operations
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Sparta SaaS production environments
- Monitor platform health and proactively address performance, scalability, and availability issues
- Participate in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews
