Director Communications

About the role

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Internal and External Communications and will be based in Bangalore, India, working on a hybrid schedule. Lead the HTCS communications strategy globally and develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives, support organizational goals, and enhance brand reputation.

What you'll do

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Internal and External Communications and will be based in Bangalore, India, working on a hybrid schedule
• Lead the HTCS communications strategy globally and develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives, support organizational goals
• Advise leaders on executive communications, including leadership messages, town halls, presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Support crisis and issues communications, working with relevant stakeholders to prepare proactive responses and deliver timely, accurate and coordinated messaging
• Partner with customer-facing and engineering teams to communicate customer insights, co-creation initiatives and validated customer stories, highlighting adoption
