About the role
The Partner Data Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency and governance of Building Automation partner master data across our global channel ecosystem of 15,000+ Systems Integrators, Distributors, Resellers and OEMs.
What you'll do
- Monitor, validate and correct partner tier, program assignment and classification data across SAP, NEX, PRM and other systems used by the commercial channel organization
- Work with analytics and other functions to establish preemptive reporting to flag data inconsistencies and remedy accordingly
- Run a monthly reconciliation of tiers between SAP and NEX and of tier against program participation; resolve gaps and exceptions with regions
- Support the annual tiering exercise: data preparation, validation of regional submissions, and execution of approved tier changes
- Maintain audit-ready documentation of tier changes, exceptions and approvals
