About the role
We are seeking a senior sustainability professional with 15+ years of commercial-building domain experience to lead customer sustainability transformation through smart building technologies, digital platforms and Agentic AI-enabled operating models.
What you'll do
- Lead sustainability assessments and strategic roadmaps for commercial buildings, real estate portfolios, campuses and critical infrastructure
- Advise customers on decarbonization pathways, energy optimization, net-zero programs, ESG reporting and sustainability best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve building performance, occupant experience, operational resilience and environmental impact
- Provide solution consulting across discovery, assessment, solution definition, implementation support and value realization
- Define and scale Agentic AI applications that autonomously monitor, analyze, recommend and optimize commercial-building operations
