About the role
The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Supra's access management platforms and connected products serving the real estate industry. This role leads teams building secure, scalable, cloud-connected solutions that enable property access through electronic lockboxes, mobile credentials, identity management systems, smart access devices, and real estate workflow integrations.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple Agile software teams developing cloud, mobile, and access management solutions
- Drive technical execution for property access platforms, identity services, authentication frameworks, and connected device ecosystems
- Establish engineering standards, architecture governance, and software quality practices
- Partner with architects and technical leaders to define scalable and secure technology roadmaps
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
