About the role
This position will provide senior-level technical and application support for Honeywell Advanced Process Control solutions and work closely with a global team to resolve complex customer issues. The successful candidate should combine strong process-control fundamentals with hands-on APC knowledge, troubleshooting capability, customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across global engineering, product and customer teams.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of complex customer issues from initial investigation through technical resolution
- Troubleshoot APC application, configuration, model, performance, integration and related process-control issues
- Review application configuration and process/control data to identify performance or implementation issues
- Support testing and technical evaluation of new APC releases and product enhancements
- Deliver technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams
