About the role
As a Sr Director here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a large team to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence within Honeywell Connected Industrials. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our industrial software solutions and ensuring the delivery of impactful outcomes for our customers.
What you'll do
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our industrial software solutions and ensuring the delivery of impactful outcomes for our customers
- Report directly to the Chief Technology & Software Portfolio Leader, PA, with metrics reporting to VP Engineering, HTCS-PA & IA R&D. This position is based in Bangalore
- Drive the execution of product development and ensure on time delivery, cost and quality specs
- Work with Offering, Marketing, Commercial teams to develop a robust program/project/product pipeline and roadmap
- Work closely with India & Middle East business team to drive products and solution for regional business growth
