About the role
The Senior Estimator is responsible for leading the development, estimation, and delivery of high-quality technical and commercial proposals for strategic Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS) projects. The role provides end-to-end ownership of the proposal process, including solution development, cost estimation, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, vendor engagement, governance approvals, proposal submission, and post-bid support.
What you'll do
- Proposal Leadership and Strategy
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal teams to develop accurate, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals within established timelines
- Own the end-to-end proposal development process, from opportunity qualification through submission and post-bid support
- Participate in bid/no-bid reviews and contribute to proposal strategy, risk mitigation, and win themes
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive Proposal Execution Plans, including resource allocation, deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and submission schedules
