About the role
The Senior Business Process Mining & Process Analyst will re-establish, update, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end process flows across Material Management and other Integrated Supply Chain functions. The role combines business process architecture, stakeholder facilitation, and process mapping to create a trusted, current, and actionable view of how work is designed and how it actually executes.
What you'll do

- Process mining analysis: Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze variants, cycle times, bottlenecks, rework, manual interventions, control gaps
- Use-case development: Partner with business leaders and process owners to define high-value process mining hypotheses, business questions, KPIs, analytical requirements
- Process governance: Establish sustainable ownership, review cadences, change controls, quality checks
- Adoption and capability building: Coach process owners and key users on process mining interpretation, process modeling, KPI definitions
