About the role
You will play a pivotal role in advancing the Honeywell Forge platform , delivering frictionless building connectivity, Agentic AI-driven autonomous building capabilities, and innovative solutions across HVAC, Energy Management, Data Centres, and Utilities verticals.
What you'll do
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business goals, product roadmaps, and ARR growth objectives
- Lead development of enterprise SaaS platforms using .NET Core, C#, React JS, Python, Kubernetes, GKE, Redis, NATS, Neo4j, PostgreSQL, Time-Series Databases
- Lead adoption of Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph) and Digital Twin technologies ( NVIDIA Omniverse ) to enable autonomous building operations
- Develop intelligent agents that automate monitoring, diagnostics, energy optimization, maintenance, and operational workflows
- Drive commercial success through successful deployment of AI-powered solutions that improve customer adoption, retention, and expansion revenue
