About the role
The role is accountable for category strategy, tendering, supplier and subcontractor management, commercial negotiations, cost optimization, contract administration, supply continuity, and end-to-end procure-to-pay governance.
What you'll do
- Strategic Procurement & Category Management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for CAPEX, OPEX, MEP, civil, ELV, ICT, systems, services, and AMC categories
- Lead category planning, demand aggregation, supplier consolidation, standardization, localization, and value-engineering initiatives
- Manage RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, e-auctions, techno-commercial evaluations, bid clarifications, and award recommendations
- Align sourcing plans with approved budgets, project schedules, technical specifications, and organizational procurement policies
