What you'll do
- Collaborate with HCG colleagues, including, but not limited to, the Payroll, Benefits, and Operations teams, to support the full employee life cycle, such as recruiting
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders, corporate department heads, regulatory and compliance functions, and other business stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the HCG Legal team and the HR Business Partner to manage HR issues including, but not limited to, time and absence tracking
- Provide support for the HCG Operations team with HR documentation and administration and maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support the delivery of cross-functional projects, including, but not limited to, revising employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
