About the role
The Business Operations Specialist supports HP Service Supply Chain Harvesting programs and operations in India and other APJ markets. The role is responsible for end-to-end operational coordination, service partner governance, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Program and Operational Management
- Manage end-to-end program operations to deliver agreed savings targets and operational KPIs
- Coordinate moderately complex Service Supply Chain activities, including demand planning, ROI analysis, pricing, purchase order requests, delivery scheduling
- Track operational performance, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant owners
- Support the validation and approval of partner spend in accordance with established controls and timelines
