About the role
A HP maintenance contract is a valuable business enabler for our customers and ensures that their investments are fully supported. These contracts ensure our customers can manage their ongoing support costs, optimise uptime and have the latest software enhancements to maximise end user experience and drive utilisation and efficiency in their business
What you'll do
- The position involves daily contact with the sales team
- Need to handle a wide range of enquiries within a sale focussed environment, prepare quotations, run various reports and liaise with other departments when necessary
- Generate sales quotations and proposals, ensuring quotation deadlines are met
- Ensure all quotations are recorded in HP IQ
- Prepare and request discounts in HP IQ
