About the role
This Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role will be primarily responsible to lead SW Programs within Campus and Branch program mgmt team covering Private 5G and Wireless. EPM will lead a cross-functional team across multiple functions like SW, Test, PLM, Technical publications, customer services and other Application teams driving all the end-to-end deliverables from concept to delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead cross functional teams across SW and Cloud programs delivering features
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Establish and manage cross-functional teams across PLM, SW, Systest, Technical publications, customer service to drive deliverables across all the phases in NPI PLC
- Identify cross-functional interdependencies and risks, and successfully plan and manage those interdependencies and risks
- Adept at leading various levels of team members, managers, and executives to deliver NPI programs
