About the role
This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
What you'll do
- Build and Enhance: Design and implement robust updates, programming changes, and new features for full-stack subsystems, databases, and core security tools
- Execute Technical Design: Analyze product requirements to independently determine the optimal coding, programming, and integration activities needed
- Own Quality and Debugging: Write and execute comprehensive testing plans and automated protocols; proactively identify, debug
- Collaborate and Align: Communicate effectively with engineering leadership, internal teams, and development partners regarding design status, progress, and blockers
- Guide and Mentor: Provide technical guidance, code review feedback, and mentoring to junior team members to help elevate the team’s overall engineering capabilities
