What you'll do
- Supports network operations by analyzing and structuring both structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
- Applies machine learning, statistical modeling, AI, and automation techniques to improve support operations, data quality, operational accuracy, and customer outcomes
- Develops descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions, translating technical requirements into working code, algorithms
- Documents installation and maintenance procedures, performs testing and debugging, and defines and monitors performance metrics
- Leverages this expertise to identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual effort, accelerate response times, proactively identify issues
