About the role
In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake.
What you'll do
- Shape the user journey: Participate in early-stage product discussions, helping define user problems, workflows, and low-fidelity wireframes or rapid prototypes
- Champion usability: Conduct lightweight user testing, review existing interfaces for usability friction, and iterate based on user feedback
- Design advocacy: Apply user-centered design principles (information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards) directly within the codebase
- Apply observability insights: Bring domain knowledge of hybrid observability to interpret metrics, logs, and alerts
- Design System: Build and maintain a common design system
