What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end construction execution of residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and construction progress
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendor performance to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and monitor cost, quality, and productivity metrics
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
