Executive / Sr Executive Recon Support DBU Recon & Chargeback Recon Manager Manikandan Ramanathan Sudarshan K T TEAM HANDLING (YES/NO) NO OF DIRECT REPORTEE/S NO OF INDIRECT REPORTEE/S To perform Settlement & Recon daily activities, reconciliation of network settlement files, connect with various stakeholders and driving collaboration with user group and partners.
What you'll do
- Stage the daily settlement, payment file, refund & reversal process across scheme
- Interact with various stakeholders for reconciliation related process
- Handle email queries and to provide response within the time frame
- Proficiency in Excel, word & PowerPoint
