What you'll do
- Responsible for compliance of statutory deductions / payments and finalisation of accounts as per IndAS
- Handling of Direct tax matters of company including co-rodinating on Tax audit/Return filing of company/trust
- Handling all transfer pricing related matters of the company, review of all the transactions between company and associate companies
- Handling of compliances realted to MSME/RBI/FEMA/STPI including softex certifications
- Responsible for checking all export and import realted compliances, documentation and preparing review documents
