About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MySQL Database Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in database management, performance optimization, and production support, particularly in complex and mission-critical environments.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain MySQL databases in complex production environments
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, resource optimization, and high-availability setups (e.g., InnoDB Clusters)
• Develop and automate database maintenance tasks using shell scripting
• Implement and manage robust backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Monitor and troubleshoot database issues, ensuring high performance and reliability
