About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support cross-functional coordination, task tracking, and report generation efforts across departments. This is an entry-level / Junior position ideal for a recent graduate (preferably with a technical background such as B.Tech/B.E) who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
What you'll do
- Maintain and track tasks, action items, and follow-ups across multiple teams
- Generate regular reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel (dashboards, trackers, etc.)
- Support internal coordination between departments (Sales, Training, Operations, Tech, etc.)
- Set up, organize, and follow up on internal meetings and updates
- Assist in preparing documentation & reports for senior leadership
