Supply chain internship at HR- Talent Acquisition in Kochi. Needs a BBA.
About the role
Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner based on business requirements.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Work extensively on SAP for order processing, inventory tracking, invoicing, and reporting
- Prepare and manage all export-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and coordination with logistics partners
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouses to ensure smooth supply and avoid stock discrepancies
- Liaise with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch planning, and issue resolution
