About the role
A Leading US-based web solutions company is hiring a New Relic Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and end-to-end observability within banking or financial services environments.
What you'll do
- Implement, configure, and maintain New Relic APM and infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Design and implement end-to-end observability across applications, infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Configure monitoring dashboards , alerting policies, and performance metrics to ensure system reliability
- Implement AIOps capabilities, anomaly detection, and event correlation to identify potential issues proactively
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues
