What you'll do
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, as well as administrative support to the clinic staff
- Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed, such as faxing, scanning, filing documents etc. To escalate matters related to any emergency situation
- Ensure smooth management of front office, internal coordination and service delivery
- Collect customer/patient feedback and reporting the same as per policies of the organization
