About the role
Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) is a critical capability for the Group comprising Business COO, Operations, Procurement and Real Estate, Business Risk & Resilience including (Business Continuity, Protective Security, Non-Financial Risk, and ServCo) and Change Execution GCOO is the execution engine of the Group.

- Manage P&L - 10million (function perspective) & 100 million (program perspective)
- Driven – demonstrate a proactive professional service ethic, and use it to drive results
- Smart – be a fast-learning problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
- They will support creating and leading a world class change organisation which is recognised as market leading
- They will need to be well informed about emerging technology and innovation, and how this can be applied to solve challenges and improve the quality
