What you'll do
- Generate new business, achieve sales revenue targets and increase market share for Issuer Services in India
- Market corporate trust and loan agency services supporting bonds, loans, project finance, escrow arrangements and securitisation transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with issuers, borrowers, lenders, investment banks, transaction arrangers, consultants, advisers and law firms
- Manage an assigned client portfolio, taking account of revenue objectives, profitability, client needs and applicable risk requirements
- Lead client discussions, presentations, business proposals and commercial negotiations to secure new appointments and repeat business
