Customer Success Manager- US Clients

About the role

We are looking for a confident and client-focused Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist to handle client onboarding, product demonstrations, relationship management, and post-sales support for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with international clients, explaining workflows clearly, conducting live demos, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

What you'll do

• Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Explain workflows, processes, and service offerings clearly
• Assist in onboarding new clients
