About the role
The Planning Engineer will work as a PMC Planning Representative and will be responsible for establishing, reviewing, monitoring, and controlling integrated project schedules for high-voltage transmission line and substation packages. The role will involve close coordination with contractors, client teams, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution and accurate progress reporting.
What you'll do
- Act as the PMC planning representative for transmission line and substation packages
- Review contractor WBS, baseline schedules, activity logic, durations, calendars, constraints, milestones, and resource loading
- Establish and monitor progress measurement methods based on BOQ, Schedule of Values, contractual milestones, and verified site quantities
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, monthly, two-week and three-month look-ahead schedules
- Prepare and monitor S-curves, resource histograms and milestone trackers
