About the role
We’re hiring an experienced Automation Engineer for an exciting remote opportunity with innovative companies building scalable systems and operational workflows. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience creating automations, integrating systems, and streamlining business processes across sales, operations, customer support, and internal workflows.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and business process automations
- Develop integrations between platforms using APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
- Build and optimize workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflow requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, errors, and integration issues
