Graphic Designer - Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a precise, reliable, and Figma-savvy Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced real estate marketing agency. In this role, you will be the engine behind the "Blueprint Studio" deliverables, transforming concepts into high-quality branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets.

What you'll do

• Execute a consistent queue of design tasks including branding assets, social media graphics, print materials, and floorplans
• Adapt and build out marketing collateral within Figma based on established brand guidelines
• Manage light web design and presentation work to support client launches
• Handle revisions quickly and accurately, ensuring feedback is implemented with minimal back-and-forth
• Maintain highly organized file structures and workflows within Figma to ensure seamless team collaboration
