About the role
As a Remote QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to validate new features, identify defects, and improve testing processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and usability
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and smoke testing
