About the role
The role oversee and ensure the quality of the entire product line, manage internal audits, and drive corrective actions. They will lead quality initiatives, mentor quality inspectors, and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. Additionally, they will support digitization and lean initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Quality Planning and Monitoring: Oversee and ensure the quality of the entire product line, including incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts
- Ensure on-time inspection to meet customer demand with a strong focus on quality objectives
- Customer Complaints and Non-Conformance: Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Reporting: Maintain reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Problem Identification and Rectification: Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify problems at an early stage
