About the role
Drive business growth by leading state-wide sourcing of Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Construction Equipment (CE) loans. Manage and mentor frontline sales teams (BDMs) to achieve targets. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, corporates, and DSAs. Ensure high-quality sourcing, compliance adherence, and seamless customer service.
