About the role
To Drive liability sales for Current Accounts across assigned area by leading and mentoring sales teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.
What you'll do
- Supervise and mentor sales teams across multiple branches/locations
- Drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve area-level business objectives
- Act as a bridge between regional leadership and branch teams
- Lead recruitment, training, and guidance of Officers/Sr. Officers/AM – Sales across the area to achieve budgets and incentives
