- Drive business growth within the Emerging Enterprise Group by identifying client needs, delivering customized banking and financial solutions
- Manage existing relationship of EEG Customers
- Managing especially high value clients and ensure stickiness over a Revenue generation target (2-2.5% of disbursement)
- Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to the Bank's credit, compliance, and risk management guidelines
