To manage branch business growth, customer relationship management, operational governance and service delivery through portfolio development, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance and implementation of effective operational controls to achieve business, profitability and customer experience objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage branch business growth, customer relationship management, operational governance and service delivery through portfolio development, performance monitoring
- Drive growth in CASA, Term Deposits, Assets, and Third-Party Products while ensuring profitability and portfolio quality
- Develop and deepen customer relationships to improve acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and overall business performance
- Ensure delivery of superior customer service standards, timely grievance resolution, and adoption of digital banking solutions
- Monitor branch profitability, revenue streams, yields, fee income, and cost efficiency and implement corrective actions where required
