About the role
The BDM – Home Loan is responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing. The role demands end-to-end ownership of the customer journey - from lead generation to disbursement and post-sales service while ensuring profitable growth and portfolio quality.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business through both branch channels (20-25 Branches) and direct sourcing
- Source Home Loan and Affordable Housing Loan business via mapped branches and direct channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Meetings, Logins and disbursement targets
- Train and activate branch teams and other sourcing channels to generate quality leads
- Own the complete customer lifecycle: sourcing, documentation, disbursement, and service
