About the role
The BDM – LAP is responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing. The role requires full ownership of the file journey from lead generation to disbursement and customer service while ensuring profitable and compliant business growth.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving Loan Against Property and secured business loan products through mapped branches (8-12) and direct sourcing
- Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels
- Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan
- Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service
