What you'll do
- Develop business opportunities and drive portfolio growth within the Loan Against Property portfolio through market assessment
- Source LAP and secured loan products via branches and direct channels
- Achieve disbursement and profitability targets as per business plan
- Train and activate branch teams and alternate channels for lead generation
- Manage end-to-end customer journeys including documentation, disbursement, and service
