About the role
To manage Financial Inclusion and Agriculture business performance across the cluster through portfolio growth, business development, profitability management, regulatory compliance, portfolio quality monitoring, and implementation of business and operational strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage Financial Inclusion and Agriculture business performance across the cluster through portfolio growth, business development, profitability management
- Manage Agriculture and Financial Inclusion business activities across the assigned cluster and drive achievement of business, profitability
- Drive growth in Agri Lending, Commodity Finance, Government Sponsored Schemes, Program-Based Lending, Tie-up Loans, and other products within the vertical
- Own cluster-level business performance, including topline growth, profitability, fee income, and cross-sell of liability and third-party products
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, credit losses, and NPA levels and implement corrective actions to mitigate risk
