About the role
The role contributes to portfolio quality, risk management and operational effectiveness through analytical review and decision support. Assist Portfolio Managers in monitoring insurance policies, valuation reports and related compliance requirements. Compile, maintain, and update MIS reports, trackers and operational records to support portfolio administration activities.
What you'll do
- Support credit administration and loan operations through evaluation of credit-related information, assessment of documentation and control requirements
- Assist Portfolio Managers in monitoring insurance policies, valuation reports and related compliance requirements
- Maintain security document registers and oversee document storage, movement tracking and scanning activities
- Monitor Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) and maintain records of disbursement-related documentation received from branches
- Support tracking of covenants, exceptions and pending compliance requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for closure
