About the role

Perform daily reconciliation of settlement, pool, suspense and digital transaction accounts. Execute settlement activities with NPCI, Visa, Mastercard, Payment Aggregators and other payment network partners.

- Support asset, liability and digital operations through assessment of operational activities, monitoring of process controls
- Perform daily reconciliation of settlement, pool, suspense and digital transaction accounts
- Execute settlement activities with NPCI, Visa, Mastercard, Payment Aggregators and other payment network partners
- Support card management and digital payment operations to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing
- Manage customer disputes, chargebacks and transaction exceptions and ensure resolution within regulatory timelines
