About the role
The role provides analytical inputs to support risk mitigation, service quality and operational effectiveness. Process Trade Finance and Forex transactions in the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications in accordance with approved procedures. Ensure timely processing of transactions within defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards.
What you'll do
- Support payment, trade and forex operations through review and evaluation of transaction activities, assessment of operational controls
- Process Trade Finance and Forex transactions in the Core Banking System (CBS) and related applications in accordance with approved procedures
- Ensure timely processing of transactions within defined turnaround times (TATs) and service standards
- Perform transaction processing in accordance with FEMA, RBI guidelines and internal operational policies
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of transactional inputs to prevent errors, operational losses and missed transactions
