About the role
The role provides analytical inputs to support risk mitigation, service quality and operational effectiveness. Handle Trade and Forex operations, including export, import, remittance, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG) and bill discounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal trade policies, FEMA, RBI, and ICC guidelines while processing trade transactions.
What you'll do
- Support payment, trade and forex operations through review and evaluation of transaction activities, assessment of operational controls
- Handle Trade and Forex operations, including export, import, remittance, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG) and bill discounting transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal trade policies, FEMA, RBI, and ICC guidelines while processing trade transactions
- Coordinate with customers to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation for transaction processing
- Follow up on customer requests, credit limit requirements, and pending trade transactions to ensure timely resolution
