About the role
The Head – MFI will be responsible for leading the microfinance vertical of the bank, driving growth, profitability, and compliance across geographies. Develop and execute the overall strategy for the microfinance business in alignment with the bank’s inclusive banking goals. Identify new markets, business models, and product innovations to deepen financial inclusion.
