About the role
To manage end-to-end operations of CAT loan products, ensuring efficient processing, disbursement, documentation, compliance, and portfolio servicing while maintaining high accuracy, risk control, and customer service standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end loan operations from login to disbursement
- Ensure accurate verification of loan applications, documents, and eligibility
- Coordinate with credit, sales, and legal teams for approvals
- Manage loan booking and disbursement within defined TATs
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of loan documentation
