About the role
Responsible for volume mgt, processing by checking and verifying documents in line with the trade requirements of respective products within regulatory guidelines, BG, receivables, SCM, IM/EX txns, IN/OUT remittances, Capital a/c txn. Ensuring txns are processed & queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service & experience.
What you'll do
- Responsible for day to day Transaction within TAT, processing of the vertical being handled, customer delivery and compliance to process
- Responsible for volume mgt, processing by checking and verifying documents in line with the trade requirements of respective products within regulatory guidelines, BG
- Ensuring txns are processed & queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service & experience
- Maintain a clean portfolio by ensuring follow-up with the sales teams & customers on regulatory documentation & reporting
- Maintain records & registers for regulatory audits
