About the role
To manage and enhance digital payment products, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and merchant payment solutions, through product development, business growth initiatives, customer experience enhancement, regulatory compliance, and ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption and business outcomes. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and merchant payment products, including product enhancements and customer experience improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage and enhance digital payment products, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and merchant payment solutions, through product development, business growth initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and merchant payment products, including product enhancements and customer experience improvements
- Drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, product adoption, and business performance across digital payment channels
- Lead implementation of new payment features, product enhancements, and regulatory changes in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure seamless product delivery and execution
